    This website contains information on a variety of government programs, as well as information on energy resources. You can sign up for a free e-newsletter.
  2. NYSERDA New York State Research and Development Authority: www.getenergysmart.org
    New York Energy Smart program - NYSERDA's residential programs work with homeowners, renter, and multi-family building owners to reduce their energy costs and reduce their impact on the environment; they also provide training to contractors on providing quality energy efficiency services to their customers.
  3. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change: www.ipcc.ch
    International teams of scientists working under auspices of United Nations doing research on global climate change, website allows access to full reports and summaries of research reports
  4. Natural Resources Defense Council: www.nrdc.org
    NRDC works to protect wildlife and wild places and to ensure a healthy environment for all life on earth. NRDC works on a broad range of issues as we pursue our mission to safeguard the Earth; its people, its plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends. Among its key issues is working on a clean energy economy.
  5. Pew Center on Global Climate Change: www.pewclimate.org
    The Center works as a leading voice for climate action to provide credible information, straight answers, and innovative solutions in the effort to address global climate change; have a free e-newsletter.
  6. The Union of Concerned Scientists - Citizens and Scientists for Environmental Solutions: ucsusa.org
    The Union of Concerned Scientists works to ensure that all people have clean air and energy, as well as safe and sufficient food. The website contains a wealth of information​
  7. New York State defined Siting Standards 2020 for a Large-Scale Renewable energy generation.

  2. SEQR - New State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) Title 6 NYCRR Part 617 Regulations are now in effect as of January 1st, 2019.
